I’m a Registered Counsellor with the ACA, as well as an experienced Early Childhood and Primary School Teacher. I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling and am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with young children who have complex support needs.
I’m deeply committed to equity and inclusion and believe that every child deserves equal access to support, regardless of geographic location, race, ability, or gender. My approach to counselling is holistic and trauma-informed, drawing on person-centred and humanistic principles. My style is creative, playful, and always grounded in the individual needs of the child.
Outside of my professional life, I love cheering on my children at soccer games, walking my beloved dachshunds along the beach, and spending quality time with my family. In my spare moments, I enjoy travelling, yoga, meditation, and cycling—it all helps keep me grounded and connected.
