About Me

With over 30 years of experience, I am deeply passionate about supporting children and their families on their journey toward growth and well-being. I take a collaborative approach to my work, partnering closely with parents and caregivers to support each child’s unique development and emotional health.

As a Registered Play Therapist with the Play Therapy Practitioners Association (PTPA), I provide child centred play therapy, offering children a safe and supportive space to express themselves and make sense of their world through play. I also offer parent-child therapy that aims to enhance connection, strengthen attachment, and foster deeper relationships within families.

Outside of my professional life, I’m a proud parent of four and enjoy swimming, walking, and spending time with my horses and dogs. Helping children thrive and grow is incredibly fulfilling for me, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to make a lasting, positive impact in their lives.
