As a Registered Art Therapist, Greta has extensive experience supporting children and young people with a range of diagnoses, including ADHD, Autism, and Anxiety.
Her therapeutic approach is humanistic, person-centred, and trauma-informed, with additional inspiration drawn from nature-based and play therapy models. At the core of her practice is a strong emphasis on building meaningful relationships and creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment where clients feel free to express themselves creatively. Greta values each individual’s autonomy and encourages exploration with a wide variety of art materials, which can support emotional regulation and provide a calming outlet.
Known for her empathetic and non-judgemental nature, Greta brings a friendly and bubbly energy to her work. She is passionate about highlighting each client’s strengths, supporting the development of confidence and self-esteem, and ensuring every individual feels heard, seen, and validated.
Outside of her work, Greta enjoys running, going to the gym, spending time in nature, camping, creating art, and connecting with friends and family.
