I am aware and acknowledge that if I am unable to make my session, I need to inform the business as early as possible as the timeframe given to therapist determines what fees you will be charged. A text is sent to the parent/guardian mobile 24 hours in advance for you to confirm booking.
If I do not inform business two days prior to my child’s session, as a private paying family, I receive an invoice where I will be asked to pay 50% of the total fee for this session.
If I provide more than two days’ notice, I will be billed at 20% of the total fee to hold my child’s ongoing booking. This also applies if you are to advise us of holidays in advance.
