I have received a copy of the fee schedule for “Play Therapy with Millie” and consent to paying this fee on a weekly basis for the ongoing booking of my child

There is no contract where you are ‘locked-in’ to a certain time frame, however we do ask where possible you give at least 1 weeks’ notice if you will be terminating our services. If we feel we can no longer offer your child a service, we will advise you with as much notice as possible.

Some families engage for a short-term intervention (6-8 weeks) and others may use these services for several years. However, we do ask that you keep communication open around the length of time you think you will be engaged in therapy/support sessions if you know in advance. This supports us to communicate the end of our time together with the child to them during our sessions. Notice of ending therapy/services also allows us to advise families on our waitlist how long we think they may be waiting for a booking with

I am aware and acknowledge that if I am unable to make my session, I need to inform the business as early as possible as the timeframe given to therapist determines what fees you will be charged. A text is sent to the parent/guardian mobile 24 hours in advance for you to confirm booking.

If I do not inform business two days prior to my child’s session, as a private paying family, I receive an invoice where I will be asked to pay 50% of the total fee for this session.

If I provide more than two days’ notice, I will be billed at 20% of the total fee to hold my child’s ongoing booking. This also applies if you are to advise us of holidays in advance.

When commencing with us for ongoing appointments and bookings, we require 1 booking to be paid in advance. We require subsequent bookings to be paid prior to your attending any additional sessions or within 5 days of receiving your invoice.
