This change reflects our commitment to providing high-quality services while allowing us to better serve our clients. We want to assure you that the same dedicated team will continue to provide the same services you have come to know and trust. The service agreement you have signed remains the same, apart from the details above. If you would like a new service agreement instead of signing this form, please let us know.
Additionally: We want to inform you that we have aligned our fees with NDIS funding, industry standards, and GST considerations. This adjustment is in accordance with the code of conduct, which emphasizes fee equality.
Key points to note:
- Service Fees: Most services will now be charged based on therapist qualifications, reflecting either a therapist, psychologist or counselling rate.
- Current Rates: If you are on a plan or have an independently discussed or approved rate, your current rate will remain unchanged unless you are notified otherwise.
- Effective Date: These changes will take effect on 28th October.

- You agree to continue receiving services under the same terms of agreement in our existing Service Agreement with an amended fee increase for those without individual considerations
- You are aware of the change to bank details and will prioritise payment to the correct account. These can be found from the 4/11 on the bottom of your invoices sent weekly.
