Due to being the only practitioner in my business, any grievances or complaints regarding my services would initially be made directly to me. These can be made in person and ideally addressed promptly to protect the working relationship I have with both you and your child.
Alternatively, complaints or grievances can be made via email; from here we can arrange a meeting to discuss in person or via phone. The goal and outcome of this conversation is to see how we can work through any issues that may arise while you are engaging with me.
If we cannot resolve the issue that is being raised and you feel that as a result, I am not the right fit for your child and their needs; we can cease services and I would refer you to an alternative therapist or organisation who could continue to support your child.
If you are not feeling this is sufficient and would like to take it further, as a member of the Play Therapy Practitioners Association, you can contact Head Office- you will find these details below.
